Agreement to terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Modelstacks’ website, platform, and Services. By accessing or using Modelstacks, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Definitions
“Services” means all Modelstacks offerings, including the AI agent verification platform, certificates, dashboards, APIs, and related software.
“User,” “You” means the individual or entity accessing the Services.
“Agent Data” means any code, specifications, or inputs you submit for verification.
Use of Services
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You retain ownership of your agent data but grant Modelstacks a limited license to process, test, and verify it solely for providing the Services.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Unauthorized use may result in termination. You agree not to misuse the platform, violate applicable laws, or engage in activities that may harm others or disrupt the service. Ensure all specifications, policies, and requirements submitted to Modelstacks are accurate and complete.
Maintain your own safeguards (e.g., monitoring, compliance processes) in addition to Modelstacks verification.
Use verification results as one component of your broader risk management strategy.
Disclaimers & Liability
Modelstacks provides verification results based on the specifications you supply.
We are not liable for errors or omissions in client-provided specifications. Our proofs, certificates, or results apply only to the scope of input data, policies, and configurations provided by you.
The Provable Safety Certificate does not constitute a guarantee of absolute correctness under all possible conditions, but proof under defined constraints.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modelstacks is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Account Security
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and ensuring that only authorized individuals access your account. Any activities conducted under your account are your responsibility.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Use the platform for illegal purposes.
Using the platform to develop harmful AI applications
Training models on unauthorized or illegal data
Share, sell, or sublicense your access without prior consent.
Attempting to extract or replicate our AI models

Subscription & Billing
By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our refund policy.
Your subscription will renew automatically unless canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription via your account settings.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing. Any changes will be communicated in advance. Pricing and payment terms are outlined in your Order Form or Subscription Agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the platform and associated materials are owned by us or our licensors. All content, designs, and functionality remain our property. Users may not reproduce or distribute without permission. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information shared during use of the Services. Modelstacks may use anonymized or aggregated data for research and product improvement. Modelstacks retains all rights, title, and interest in its platform, verification methods, proofs, and artifacts. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive source code of the Services.
You retain ownership of the data you input or generate using our software. By using the platform, you grant us a license to process and use your data to provide the service. Learn more in our privacy policy.
Service Availability and Updates
We aim to provide continuous service but cannot guarantee 100 percent uptime due to maintenance or unforeseen issues.
We may update or modify the software to improve functionality, address security risks, or comply with legal requirements. Notice will be provided for major updates.
